Rebellion-Themed Mech Retexture

Didn't like that there wasn't a rebellion paint version of the base mechs (non-reaper mech).

So I made one.

This retextures the Lacrima prisoner mechs into one that matches the Medici Rebellion. It works for both auto-cannon and bavarium splitter mechs, since they use the same body textures.

I've handled the low and high res textures, so no matter what, the retexture will stay put visually at all times at far or close proximity.
